In memory of James Samuel Hoover on behalf of Contrans Flatbed Group
My sincere condolences to Stan and Marlene, and Judy, and all Jim's family, on your loss of Jim. Our families were connected through work at Culverhouse in the 50's. On my retirement and return to Port Dover, I became reaquainted with Jim at Grace United Church. We enjoyed visiting about our families, camping and trucking. Jim sold his camper to my cousin Jim Edwards, and I have enjoyed several trips to Quebec in it. We were camping on the Irving Meadow beside the Salmon River, enjoying family reunions. Much more comfortable than a tent.! Jim, with his quiet, gentle demeanor, will be greatly missed.
