John was the manager at Lennox GS when I was there. On the 30thh anniversary of Lennex he was certainly on his toes hosting the event and so nice to see he took a bit of cake back to his office. I remember John at big family gatherings where he would sit in the corner quietly observing everything with a content and bemused smile. He knew what everyone was doing, and was always pleasant to converse with. What a calm and dignified man. So sorry he is no longer with us. Love from Earl, Ann, Kiah, and Samara
John was a great person to work with at Lennox.
He was also a great person in his own right.
I was saddened to hear “He has crossed the bar” to meet his pilot face to face. I will toast his memory next time I have a Guinness
