My name is Robert Cruise (formerly Dobo) Mrs. Wicker was my kindergarten teacher about 4 decades ago. She scared the devil out of me back then but I remember her well. She started me on my path to life.

What an inspiration Carol has been in my life. I was attending a huge gathering for the first time and I was very nervous and felt alone. I had only met Carol a handful of times and she spotted me in the crowd. She came over and offered a big hug. She also offered for me to tag along for the day. I ended up having a fantastic time. I’m so grateful to have had the gift of Carols spirit in my life. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

I am so very sorry for your family's loss. I spent a lot of my childhood with Carol (and Barry) helping her with the pond and gardens, I learned so much about plants and gardening from Carol which has been so important in my life. Her kindness and her smile will never be forgotten.

My sincere condolences to you and family. Your mother was a very special friend and inspiration to me. Last year I had the privilege of driving your mother and two other friends to Toronto for a conference. Your mother brought love and joy into many lives. She will live on in all the lives she touched.
Sincerely Paul & Linda Mooney.
