Every time we got together it was like a party. I fondly remember when Sherel was 16 and had just received a yellow Malibu convertible from her Dad, we hopped in and took off for Florida. No GPS, it’s amazing we got there and back. It was a trip to remember and what happens in Ft. Lauderdale stays in Fort Lauderdale. I will miss you, my friend! We came to know Sherel when she married our cousin Doug Monroe. She became our cousin and we loved her from the start.
Always so full of life and so much fun. She always made us feel welcome whenever we met her. In later years when she and Doug divorced, we still called her cousin. From posts on Facebook, it was obvious how much she loved her family and truly enjoyed all the good times they all shared. She was so proud of her daughters, Vicki & Leslie and their children. Road trips & sleepovers with the Grandchildren were the highlights of her days. She equally loved her siblings, and her nieces & nephews and cousins.
Sherel was a beautiful ,vibrant and loving lady, loved & respected by all who knew her. Sending God's Comfort and Strength to all her family & friends, hoping they will be comforted when remembering all the fun & laughter they shared. Sincerely in deepest sympathy Don & Fran Moore
