Eileen found her greatest joy in the love of her large family, cherishing every moment spent as a devoted wife and a proud, caring mother. She had a special way of keeping her husband Harry gently in line. Their bond and love for each other was felt by anyone who knew them. Eileen also found happiness in the kitchen, where her cooking brought connection, and countless cherished memories to those gathered around her table.
