Bill was a Merchant Marine, had a career at Borg Warner and volunteered with the Haldimand/Norfolk Police Department as a diver. She assisted with many events with the Lion’s, food banks and was actively involved with the Simcoe and District Humane Society. One of Sylvia’s proudest accomplishments was being voted Citizen of the Year in 2019. She took pride in helping her community and will be missed by the many friends she made along the way.
