Obituary of DOUGLAS TIMPF

TIMPF, DOUGLAS TIMPF, Douglas of Walsingham, passed away at VON Sakura House, surrounded by the love of his family on Monday, September 5, 2011 in his 59th year. Cherished father will be missed by his sons Matt and Adam of Port Dover/Walsingham and their mother Tresa Cleland. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Peter and Andrea Timpf and Lisa Timpf and Ginette Pieper. Dear uncle of Amber Timpf and Rob Bilinski, their son Jaxton, and Megan Timpf. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Margot. Doug was a Professional Chemical Engineer employed by Imperial Oil for 30 years. Doug, an active outdoorsman, was a member of Norfolk Field Naturalists for many years. Family and friends are invited for memorial visitation to share their memories of Doug on Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 7 pm to 9 pm (evening only) at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME LTD., 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519) 583-1530. A Service to Celebrate Doug's life will be held Friday, September 9, 2011 at 1 pm in the funeral home Chapel. The Reverend Murray Rounding officiating.
