Obituary of BERTHA LINDSAY

LINDSAY, BERTHA LINDSAY, Bertha of Port Dover passed away at Dover Cliffs Nursing Home on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Roy (1978) and companion Aubrey Lambert. Bertha is survived by her children John of Campbellford, Danny (Cheryl) of Simcoe, Sonney (Trish) of Brantford, sisters Kay Shumaker of Baltimore and Lois Russell of Kincardine. Bertha will be fondly remembered by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by brothers James, Clarence and Arthur and sisters Bernice, Carol, Dorothy, Mabel and Anne. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Bertha on Friday, September 28, 2012 (evening only) 7 pm to 9 pm at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover 519-583-1530. Funeral Service to be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 1 pm in the funeral home Chapel. Elder Ken Baxter officiating. Cremation to follow.
