Obituary of GOLDIE BERG

BERG, GOLDIE IDELLA BERG, Goldie Idella of St. Williams passed away unexpectedly Tuesday April 16, 2013 at Norfolk General Hospital in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband August. She is survived and will be sadly missed by her children Ronald (Beth) of Port Ryerse, Kenneth of Nanaimo, Donald (Tammy) of St. Williiams and Patricia Roberts of Simcoe. Lovingly remembered by sister Marion Stead of Fort Erie and daughter -in-law Sue Berg of Vittoria. Also survived by many grand and great -grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Robert and brother Ross. A veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #158 Goldie loved to knit and play bingo and even do a little fishing, she will be missed by all that knew and loved her. A memorial service to celebrate Goldie's life will be held at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME Chapel 102 First Ave. Port Dover on Saturday April 20, 2013 at 1pm. Rev. Frank Walker officiating.
