I had the honour to have Dave as my first boss in the Industrial Eng. Dept. in Sarnia operation. I transferred to the Toronto plant in 1978 and again had the honour to work with Dave when he became the the plant manager. It was always a pleasure to call him my boss. His leadership helped me be a better supervisor and person. Dave was firm but fare and that is all you can ask from a good leader. My thoughts and prayers to Judy and the family. Al LePage
