Although we knew her only a short time was enjoyable chatting when she came out to walk Brodie. The little guy loved to be petted and eagerly wanted to cross the street to see me (or vice versa). So sorry to hear of her passing - which happened while we were away. God keep her safe in His arms.

Betty had great stories about the local county municipality. Betty's house was somehow overlooked in hooking up the sewer when Evergreen Hill Road was being dug up. Betty phoned various "civil" servants as did I. We laughed at how frustrating it was and how many diverse answers we would get pertaining to her property. Betty had quite a wit and a sharp tongue. Thoroughly enjoyable.
