Obituary of DONALD MACIVOR

MACIVOR, Donald James of Nanticoke passed away suddenly on September 16, 2014 at Hamilton General Hospital in his 69th year. Loving husband of Laura and dear father of Daniel and Ashley. Don will be missed by his sister Marion Dean of Hamilton and sisters-in-law Ruth of Pennsylvania and Connie of Hamilton. Predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Ivey and brothers Ken, Ben, Bob and Ronald, also brother-in-law Bob Dean. Don was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #158, and past member of the Port Dover Kinsmen. He enjoyed watching movies, playing horseshoes and having a good time. Friends are invited to meet with family to share their memories of Don on Friday September 19, 2014 from 6pm - 9pm evening only at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave Port Dover (519)-583-1530. A service to Celebrate Don's life will be held at the funeral home Chapel on Saturday September 20, 2014 at 11am. Interment Port Dover Cemetery. The Reverend Cathy Kay officiant.
