Obituary of ALLAN FORD
FORD, Allan Edward of Port Dover passed away on Sunday February 8, 2015 at Norfolk General Hospital in his 78th year. Dear stepfather of Raymond Stephens (Debbie) of Guelph, Richard Stephens (Caroline) of Cambridge and Michelle Eidt (Doug) of Cambridge. Proud grandfather of Noelle, Denise, Paul, Joshua, Rebecca, Brody, Brianna, Callum and Lauren. Adoring great-grandfather of Liliana and Olivia. Allan was the proud owner of Ford Greenhouses of Inglewood, he enjoyed woodworking, restoring old farm equipment, was an avid NASCAR enthusiast as well as a shrewd stock market investor. Predeceased by his loving wife Elizabeth (December 2014) and brothers George and Donald. Friends are invited to share their memories of Allan with the family on Thursday February 12, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave Port Dover (519)-583-1530. A Service to Celebrate Allan's life will be held Friday February 13, 2015 at 11am at the funeral home Chapel. Father Kendall Reimer officiant. Interment Port Dover Cemetery.
