Obituary of Minnie Brown

BROWN, Margaret Jane (Minnie) (nee Phibbs) passed away peacefully at Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Tuesday May 10, 2016 in her 103rd year. Mother of loving son Ross Brown (Sandy). Dear grandmother of Cheryl McDougall (Ian) and Randy Brown (Cathy). Great grandmother of Daniel Brown (Danielle) , Jennifer Brown (Tyler), Kory Brown(Sasha) and Anne McDougall (Phil). Also survived by 5 great great grandsons Ethan, Ben, Nicholas, Marcus and Kolton. Step-grandmother to Ryan Moore (Bonnie) and Michael Moore (Eric). Predeceased by her husband James L. Brown (1987). Minnie was the oldest of 12 and is survived by a large extended family. In keeping with Minnie's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Dover Legion on Sunday May 29, 2016 from 1:30pm to 4pm. Arrangements entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 102 First Ave. Port Dover (519)-583-1530.
