Obituary of Teresa Grace

GRACE Teresa (nee Keane) passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. Cherished wife of Chris, and loving mother of Charlie and Jack. Teresa was originally from Bantry Cork Ireland. A Memorial Mass will held at St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church (Lynn Park Dr.) Port Dover on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11 am. Father Alan Dufraimont Celebrant. Interment will take place at a later date in Ireland. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME Port Dover (519)-583-1530.
