One of the things my mother-in-law cherished most in life was her friendship with Bridget. Their friendship through the years endured not only time but all those forces that make life so bittersweet. Marg loved Bridget unconditionally. Their friendship was a gift to all who had the chance to observe it. She will be missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bridget's passing. What a dynamic woman she was! I'll certainly always remember her at Brown's Footwear, but more as my neighbour on Grace Street for oh-so-many years. In years past - on many warm spring and summer days - Bridget would walk down the street to the lake, just to take in the beauty of the water and chat with neighbours as she moved past each home. I'll remember her just like that, with bermuda shorts and a collared shirt. My condolences on your loss.
