Obituary of John SYMINGTON

SYMINGTON, John Alan John Alan Symington Suddenly on February 8,2010, at his winter retreat in Mexico, John Alan Symington, of Port Ryerse, in his 65th year. Dearly beloved husband, of Rose Marie (Heeley). Loving son of Winifred and the late J.H. (Tom) Symington of Brantford. Dear step-father of Shelley and Terri Morin, both of Simcoe. Devoted Pa to Jared and grandfather to Jorden. Sadly missed by his sisters Anne Summerhayes of Brantford and Mary Ellen Thorne (Gary) of Hanover. Cherished uncle of 5 nieces and nephews and 9 great grandnieces and nephews. Remembered with love, by his in-laws Barbara and Henry Duffy, Timothy and Barbara Healey, Jim and Bill Heeley. Missed greatly by his friend, Cliff Wakeling. Visitation is to be held at the THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519-583-1530), on Tuesday February 16 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 am.
