Obituary of Shirley RYERSE

RYERSE, Shirley Jean Ryerse, Shirley (Jean) Peacefully, at Norfolk General Hospital, on Friday, Februaury 26,2010, in her 78th year. Jean Ryerse of Port Dover. Dearly beloved wife of David. Dear mother of Eric (Kristie), Nina Bell (Robert) and Lori Johnston (Brian), all of Port Dover . Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Channing, Carlee, Jason (Kelly) and Olivia, her great grandchildren, Noah and Reese and her sister Joyce Butler (James) of Toronto. Predeceased by her sister Jan Povey. Jean was an employee of the Royal Bank in Port Dover and a long time secretary at Port Dover Composite school. Jean was an avid gardener and reader and enjoyed the close relationship of her family. Friends will be received at the Thompson Waters Funeral Home 102 First Ave. Port Dover (519-583-1530) Tuesday March 2, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services will be held in the chapel Wednesday 1 p.m. with the Rev.
