I have been blessed beyond measure to have had the privilege of being Joan’s neice. I treasure every memory I have of her. She was kind, loving, accepting, encouraging, welcoming, affectionate and a friend. She always went out of her way to talk to me. I loved going to her home as a child even though it was a long drive in a crowded vehicle. She loved well, her love didn’t have any conditions and I look forward to seeing her again in the halls of heaven. Well done Aunt Joan. RIP You are loved. Xo

Joan was an older first cousin to me, I was the same age as her children however I spent every summer with her family growing up. She tried to convince me that rabbit stew was just vegetable soup! As I aged she accepted me as an adult and we spent more time together. She was one in a million! I .you and I will miss you more than you can know.
Love you forever
Kristine
