Obituary of Georgia COSLEY
COSLEY, Georgia Lorraine
Cosley, Georgia (Fox)
Heaven has another angel. A family waiting has their daughter and sister with them again. A family together forever. It is with great heartache and sorrow that we say goodbye to a very loved woman Georgia Lorraine Cosley, in her 67th year, on Monday,March 1, 2010. She was a patient, understanding, loving and devoted wife and best friend to Len Cosley. She was always there to listen, hug, help, or simply say " I love you", to her daughter Stephanie. Georgia was very fond of her "son-in-law", as she liked to call him, Travis Forrest. A very kind step mother to Michael and amazing grandmother to Anthony Cosley, Tristan and Andrian D'Souza. Through all her years of health issues, it was her grandsons that kept her going and put a twinkle in her eye, as they came through the door. She will be missed by so many, including her brothers and sisters in law Mike and Anita Cosley, Doug and Dianne Cosley, Jack Arno and Bill Hills. Many Nieces and Nephews that Georgia loved so much. Dane, Shawn and Roxie, AJ and Theresa, Jason and Leslie, Ryan, Michelle and Dave, Tiffany, Marilyn, Billy, Lorraine, Roberta and Paul, John and Karen, Leanne and Jim and their families. Predeceased by her parents Winnifred (nee Watt) and George Fox, sisters Lillian Arno and Donna Hills and brother Ken Fox. Cancer is what started taking these siblings from each other and cancer is going to be what brings the family back together. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors, who did all they could. Special thanks to all the wonderful Personal Support Workers that took such good care of Georgia and Len. Expressions of sympathy, to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated, by the family. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Georgia's life will be held at the family residence on Saturday March 6th 12 noon - 5 p.m. with, "the next step in life and prayers" starting at 2 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the Thompson Waters Funeral Home 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519-583-1530).
