I am so saddened to learn of Bettys passing. I first met Betty about 10 years ago when she became one of my most dedicated manicure and pedicure clients. She always loved making sure she had the most beautiful nails, she will always be my “French manicure lady” I will miss her dearly. My condolences to her whole family in this difficult time. RIP Betty xo

Kim, Mark and Glen, it has taken me a while to figure out what to say to you. After all this time, I never came up with anything except to tell you that your mom was one of the most treasured people in my life. She was so smart and had a fabulous no nonsense approach to life. Her sense of humour was always so sharp and quick. I considered every moment I spent with her precious and will keep the memories of those times close to me always. After more than a decade, our parents are all together and I have no doubt there is much joy and laughter wherever they are. I'm sure your happy memories will help in these difficult days. Take care of yourselves and know that she loved you with all her heart.

Joan and I have fond memories of growing up with our cousins Betty and her brothers. The lake in the summer still brings many a smile to our faces. We enjoyed our younger years together and as families age , years go by but even though the occasions are less we still remember the cottage days, the Christmases, Florida trips and the lobster parties in New York it was all memorable.
We will miss you Betty. Rest in peace cousin.
Our condolences to the family

Oh Kim, I am so saddened to hear this news. I enjoyed our Viking River Cruises with Pam's group. Your Mom and I bought rings at one of the Markets, and it will now be a special memento. I am very glad to have shared so many good times with Betty during our activities and trips with the Probus Club. My sincere sympathies to you, your Brothers and all your families, on your loss of your Mom. Betty will be greatly missed.

I had the privilege of meeting Betty thru Probus. Along with Ronnie and Pam, she was an original member of our cooking group and we were at Ronnie's trying to decide what we wanted to do. No secret, we wanted to be casual and welcome everyone as they loved to hostess get togethers regardless of cooking abilities and as a result our group grew. As you can imagine we had a lot of good times!! Personally Betty and I had great conversations about our love for Quebec and family. Although I never had the opportunity to meet Betty's family, please accept my sincere condolences on your loss.

Dear Kim, Glen, and Mark. We are so sorry for your loss. All of your families are in our thoughts. Auntie Betty was my godmother and I loved spending time with her. She was my lunch-going, shoe-shopping partner. There was not a shoe she could not talk me into buying. I think she should have gotten a commission at Al’s Shoes in Simcoe, seriously. I have very fond memories of Auntie Betty and Uncle Bill. Sometimes very crazy times! I’ll miss her very much, we always had fun together. Love from Linda and Michael and the Georges family

I met Betty through Probus and our cooking group. We went on a couple of European river cruises with a few other ladies. A very sweet lady who could tell a good story. I’ll miss her. My thoughts are with her family at this time.
