Hi girls
This is your look a like cousin, wishing I could be there with you today.
Funerals seem to be the only way to see our relatives and Covid has taken that away from us.
I was lucky enough to have your mom and aunt Rachel Chambers as teachers when I went to Wiggins School. How lucky was I ! Mom and dad knew no matter what I did , they would find out.
We used to have big family picnics every year, I bet there is one happening right now and your mom is lining up beside that tub of ice cream waiting for her scoop!
Thinking of you and your mom and dad, hope to see you soon

Alice, you and I had a very unique relationship! Not many have a sister in law at the age of 2…you became mine! Then I just fit in to become and remain the fifth “S” in your and Ivan’s family of girls. It was you and I together at many extended Chambers family functions over the years. There will always be a special place in my heart for all my memories of you and your wonderful smile! Love, Suzanne

Those we love can never be more than a thought away, for as long as there's a memory, they're in our hearts to stay.
Sending you all our love, and keeping Auntie Alice in our hearts and memories forever. She is so missed, but her legacy of family, kindness and love, will live on through her incredible family, and everyone who knew her.
Thinking of you all, and reminiscing, with so much love. Take care of each other.

Back in the early 80’s , I was welcomed into the Chambers loving home in Wilsonville. While Susan ,Sheila and I were outside , working near the truck , we spotted a mouse and started screaming and jumped up into the bed of the truck. “Mom” Alice spotted us from the kitchen window and sent Ivan to rescue us. She continued her mothering ways til the very end, bringing joy and lasting memories to her daughters and extended family. I was not able to visit in these final years but I was able to send a birthday card for her 85 birthday and be counted as one of the many. Rest well “Mom” Alice, your faithfulness will bring you home.
Deepest condolences to Susan , Sheila , Shelley , Sharon and all your families.
Love Suzie and Paul Glover
