Obituary of Bill Whitton

WHITTON William Herbert (Bill) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of William Whitton Jr. on September 19, 2023, at his home in Simcoe at the age of 56. Predeceased by his Mother Joyce (1999) and Father William (2017). Cherished brother to Brent and his wife Jennifer. He will be missed by his nephews Noah and Adam Whitton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. After completing High School, Bill graduated from Mohawk College as an Industrial Engineering Technician. Bill always enjoyed listening to music intently. He enjoyed fishing and various aspects of woodworking. He was an analytical and logical/critical thinker and loved technical problem solving. Bill was known for his quick wit and humor along with his thoughtful, kind, and gentle personality. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME. 102 First Ave, Port Dover (519)583-1530.  Cremation has taken place. A graveside service for William will be held on Friday September 29, 2023 at 11:00 am at Port Dover Cemetery. For those wishing, Donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
