Obituary of JAMES McGEE

McGEE, JAMES WAYNE "JIM" McGee, James Wayne "Jim" of Port Dover, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in his 64th year. Beloved son of Donna and the late Leonard McGee of Goderich. Cherished father of Sarah of Port Dover and loving brother of Bonnie McGee and her husband Peter George of London, dear uncle of Meegan McGee of Cleveland. Jim was the Sales Manager at Lallo Mazda in Brantford. He was an avid sailor and a member of the Port Dover Yacht Club. Jim was the first Canadian to win the Inter Club boat race. He loved fishing in his spare time. Jim will be missed and fondly remembered by his family and many friends. Friends are invited to meet with the family to share their memories of Jim on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 from 7 pm to 9 pm (evening only) at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME LTD., 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519) 583-1530. A Service to Celebrate Jim's life will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. The Reverened Cathy Kay officiating.
