Dear Marg and all the family,
I am glad that Kate and I had lunch with Frank and you many years ago near Sooke, when you folks were visiting the Island. It was a time to cherish in that I did not expect to see either of you again.
Of course, I not only offer this note of consolation to all Frank's loved ones, but honour and cherish his service to God through all whom he served as a chaplain. You and Frank were "Padre/Madre Central" for all of us coming through Trenton en route to Kingston.
May the God of hope, grace and compassion stir your thoughts and memories about Frank's life. He was a gentleman par excellence.
RIP and may light perpetual shine brilliantly.
Yours aye,
Reed

Frank was not only a great minister but also a good friend who was always welcoming. One of the things I appreciated most about Frank was his ability to listen first to every concern before sharing a reasonable and thoughtful response ... which was always helpful. He will be missed by many.

"Padre" Walker as I knew him was such a part of a special time in our lives in Germany. I spent much time at your home with Kim and the family and his gentle way and welcoming spirit was amazing. His guidance as our pastor in those years was also appreciated. Please be assured Mrs. Walker, Corrine, Jennifer and families of my prayers for comfort as you grieve his loss but also celebrate his amazing life and the knowledge that he is holding Kim in his arms as they worship the Saviour they loved.

My sincere condolences to your family. Frank was a huge blessing to many throughout his life right up to his passing. Whenever we talked at church he always had a smile (& often a dad joke). He was an inspiration to me as he never complained about his health challenges but continued to embrace all life had to offer and did it with a smile and continued gentleness and compassion towards others. He’s inspired me to face mine the same way. I regret I never let him know that but I hope the respect I had for him was evident whenever we had the chance to speak. Thank you to the family for sharing him with us. I know how proud he was of his children and grandchildren and the joy you all brought to his life. Marg, the great love and respect you both had for each other always shone through and was a blessing to see. May God give you all comfort and peace throughout this time of loss. Again, my sincere condolences to Marg and the rest of the family.

My deepest sympathy to you, Marg, and to all your family at the passing of your beloved Frank. I have such fond memories of Frank living up Prospect Street when I was young, and then of both of you being so dedicated to the Ryerson United Church, now Faith United Church, community. It was wonderful to be with you for the Tower Club reunion at the time of Ryerson’s 100th Anniversary. Sadly, bronchitis prevented me from seeing you and Frank at the choir reunion and appreciation Sunday for Lois. It is gratifying that our families have such a long and happy church connection.
My heart goes out to you, Marg, as you learn to live without Frank in your nearer presence. You and your family will remain in my prayers for God’s peace and comfort in the days and weeks ahead.

I was so saddened to hear of Padre Walker's passing and have been thinking of him ever since. Those years that he served at RMC and dedicated so much to us young gentlemen have sent ripples through our lives. I learned from Frank how rewarding leadership through service can be, and saw how it enriched all of the lives he touched.
Deepest sympathies Mrs Walker, Jen and Corrine,
Craig Gunn

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was the Padre at RMC when I was there, and both he and the "Madre" were instrumental in helping the rugby team return to the straight and narrow. I'll never forget the choir practices and performances, and the support shown to us all.
Hope the family takes some comfort in having had such a great man in their lives. From the Class of 1995 and the RMC Rugby Team - Thank you sir, rest in peace.
